Litsa Peters has always had a passion for Real Estate. Her first job when leaving school was an Assistant for two Surveyors/Agents with Chestertons Estate Agency in Maida Vale London. Chestertons was the Real Estate Company whose main clients were the Commissioners for the Church of England. Litsa’s job description was to accompany the Surveyors and Agents while measuring the properties and ensuring that they were ready to be marketed and sold. Litsa was hooked to Real Estate from that moment on.
Her strengths lie in being able to communicate with all parties and work diligently to keep her clients happy while at the same time reinforcing that all parties must work as a team with the ultimate goal of closing a successful deal.
Litsa Peters has considerable experience and has worked tirelessly in the real estate industry since moving to Southern California in late 2001. She has accumulated a massive amount of knowledge during this time as the industry has been through peaks and crashes. Litsa constantly keeps a watchful eye on the market so she is best prepared for her clients.

My clients come with individual and specific needs and cannot be expected to run with the Broker/Agents, program/template, which I have seen in other brokerages. I feel that one of my talents is working with clients who are in some way distressed at having to sell their homes. I believe that compassion, respect, diligence, hard work, and knowledge are all the tools needed to take care of each and every client individually.”
